Free to look.
Paid to hire.

If you are looking for work, Airral costs nothing and always will. If you are hiring, you pay for the tools your team uses.

For job seekers

Nothing to pay, no card to hand over.

Searching, applying, tracking where each application got to, and getting your résumé reworked for a role — all of it is free. There is no paid tier for candidates, so nothing is being held back for one.

For companies

Pick the size you are hiring at.

Every plan includes the applicant tracking, the job posts and the candidate profiles. What changes is how many roles and people you can run at once.
